About this event
LWV-WI, the WI Fair Maps Coalition, and other nonpartisan organizations are advocating that we vote "NO" on a proposed constitutional amendment on the Nov 5 ballot. If enacted, the amendment may open the door to legislation that would further limit access to the vote. As with many ballot measures, the language can be confusing to voters. We'll meet in good company to write postcards to voters to encourage them to vote "No" on the amendment. Just bring yourself and your favorite pen, or use one of ours. Cards, postage, a mailing list, and sample messages will be provided--also light refreshments. Join us!
